Fully Custom Invitation Suites are a full service luxury experience.
Your designs are created solely for you. This means no one else in the world will have the same one, it is curated and designed based on your individual style, theme, vision.
Allows creative freedom to feature any specific wording, design, illustrations, theme, and so much more.
We work together to tweak everything until you absolutely love it! You also get design and color suggestions by an expert to match your vision or execute an idea. The more creative freedom given, the better the outcome!
Also Includes a customized Heirloom Keepsake Box for your copy to keep beautifully & safe for all time!

Semi-Custom Invitations are another great option if you find a design on our website that you like! The general design, layout and fonts are already created and you still get to customize your colors and build your own package to add on any embellishments.
This is a great choice if you want to stick within a smaller budget range or if you’re on a time-crunch.
2 Revision Rounds included - We provide you with a proof to approve before we print anything. (additional revisions or customizations may incur a $50-$100 fee)
Starts at $425 & you can build from there based on quantity & add-ons/upgrades)
3-8 week turnaround
ALL options are created with the same high-quality paper and materials and given the same love & attention and quality checks, so you can WOW your guests & reduce your time and stress spent on invitations & planning
Minimum order of 25 Invitation Sets for any option
Any delay in getting information, addressing or payment can alter the turnaround time

ORDERS:
FULLY CUSTOM SUITE (3 or more pieces): Please book at least 3 months prior to your send-out date.The more time the better to account for delays, custom artwork, revisions, addresses, and assembly. Our Custom Invitation turnaround is between 10-20 weeks depending on A few weeks for custom designs, revisions and proofing, 2-4 weeks for printing, and 1-2 weeks for assembly. Custom artwork & illustration or hand-calligraphy will add time.
FULLY CUSTOM INVITATION + RSVP: Please book at least 3 months prior to your send-out date.
The more time the better to account for delays, custom artwork, revisions, addresses, and assembly. Our Custom Invitation turnaround is between 5-10 weeks depending on About 2-5 weeks for custom designs, revisions and proofing, 2-4 weeks for printing, and 1-2 weeks for assembly.
Day of Stationery & Signage ( place cards, seating charts, table numbers, etc):
*only available for fully custom clients
2-4 week turnaround including revisions and printing - quantities are due as soon as you have your completed guest count.

DOMESTIC WEDDINGS
SAVE THE DATES: 6-10 months prior to event date
INVITATIONS: 3-4 Months prior (mostly local guests) 4-5 months prior (out of state guests) THANK YOU CARDS: 1 month after

We can ship to all of the U.S.A.
If you are local to CT, we can setup times for pick-up and drop-offs at our local office in Farmington, Connecticut.
We are open to shipping outside of the U.S. for certain projects, please contact us for requests.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or do home deliveries.
Please keep in mind rush projects or projects being delayed due to changes, addresses, or materials not being delivered to the designer in time, will incur higher shipping costs from suppliers and expedited shipping upgrades as needed.

You can join in with your partner or family member
We go over your vision, style, what you're looking for and I educate you about myself and my process for stationery.
From there I will send over a proposal & quote for the stationery and embellishments you requested.
There is a lot of helpful info in my proposal so read carefully!
You can request changes to your quote to meet your budget and needs, or you can proceed to the deposit and I will send you an agreement to sign to get started.
You will first receive a form to fill in specific wording & details, and then it's time for your in-person stationery day! (If you’re local. If not, no worries I can send everything digitally)
My clients love this part! Grab some coffee and your fiancé, a family member, or a friend, and come pick out all the colors, textures and embellishments and ask me for recs!
In-person consultations are typically reserved for clients already booked, however, you may jump ahead and book a consultation in-person if you are local and want to look at my work and available options and feel/touch everything.
This is a $50 fee if you haven’t booked with me yet, it will be refunded if you don't choose to book with me. Or if you do end up booking, it will be credited to your balance.

Of course! I am more than happy to help guide you in all available options, and provide professional opinions based on your personal style and needs. I can curate your colors and ideas and create something you will love. Remember, designers are not mind-readers so there will always be revisions or changes and that is totally okay and normal!

For Fully Custom orders, we typically break payments into 4-5 payments 1-3 months apart depending on your timeline and in-hand date.
Rush orders will be broken into less payments and incur a rush fee (less than 5 weeks turnaround)
We can customize payment dates by request, we typically choose dates that fall in line with the process milestones.
The first payment is your deposit and is due, along with a signed contract to secure your spot. Final payment is due after approval, before we send to print. We cannot deliver any items without payments being paid in full unless you are ordering day-of stationery or thank-you cards as well which extends beyond the in-hand date of your invites.
Deposits are non-refundable as we use this to order items that may take longer (book custom artists, order materials, etc)

No contract needed for semi-custom, by purchasing you agree to our terms

Once stationery has been customized, no returns will be accepted.
Samples are Final Sale, and may not be returned
Refunds or Reprints may be awarded only after agreed upon, if any issues or mistakes are at fault of the designer
Note: Once a design has been approved, any mistakes post production are at the fault of the client
Projects may be cancelled for various reasons (personal, weather, health, etc) and these terms will be outlined in full in our contract. You can apply the payment to another date, or you may be refunded for any materials or prints not yet ordered, sans design time and product costs accrued. If no design time has been used or no products have been ordered, you may qualify for a full refund and cancellation.

As a small business and artist/creative, we will not use any AI or Chat Gpt services, and we ask that you please do not send us any to use or as inspiration. AI harms businesses such as ours, and harms the environment which we are passionate about, and we want to protect ourselves and other small artists and creatives.
We can use other designs you find online as inspiration, but please know this is just used as inspo to get a gauge on style and materials you may want to incorporate in your designs. We will never “copy” another’s work, so please do not ask us to. The more creative freedom we have, the better the outcome of Custom Designs.

At Linen & Pine Designs, we do our best to provide the best products while also keeping in mind our consumption. We recycle every paper item that passes through our shop, and we even re-use shipping boxes as necessary. We are big on supporting our planet.
We are also conscious of who we use as suppliers. We try to use smaller businesses, artists, creatives, women-owned, and shop small whenever possible both in our business and personal life.
We have a lot of sustainable and eco-friendly options if this is important to you when thinking about invitations.
Such as: Hand-made & recycled paper options, Seed Paper (where your guests can plant the paper after the event), Organic inks for Screen Print options, Hand-made & recycled envelopes, etc.
